Mince & the City

As tight as pantyhose and as well-oiled as a saucy stripper - this is drag with a hefty dose of humour and creativity - you'll laugh out loud and be astounded by the sophistication and sheer brilliance of Lilli Slaptsilli and Keiron Legacy, who have become icons in Cape Town and throughout the country for taking drag to a whole new level of entertainment.

No star is left unturned (dead or alive) as they portray an array of divas, including Petula Clark, Marlene Diedrich, Anastasia, Edith Piaf and then some.

Audiences will marvel at the lightning frock and wig changes - with a quiver of a lip and a flutter of a lash, they are revved up and ready to entertain you.

You may remember the consternation caused a number of years ago when Keiron Legacy won the J&B Met's Best Dressed Woman award … in drag … much to the organiser's embarrassment!

Their combination of humour, dead accurate interpretations of the old and new, a flavour of sweet and sour and a sense of the dramatic, combined with an ostentatious wardrobe, make Mince a formidable entertainment duo.

And, of course, no drag show is complete without the bitchy quips - and the ladies are indeed tramps. No-one is safe from their no-stones-unturned, adults-only repartee!
