The flagship of the Centrestage show stable.

An evening jam packed with highlights and spectacular moments drawn from their many hit shows over the years is promised, as well as some brand new ‘never-before seen’ surprise segments.

The Centrestage Extravaganza has originally been staged at the Grahamstown festival over the last four years, where the selections from shows at the festival proved so popular that it traditionally became one of the first sold out shows on the fringe.

This time, the Centrestage All-Star Band is joined by the brand new Centrestage Boyband ‘Escape’, along with Toasts Gino Fabbri and Donna Africa – and other guests.



The show displays the versatility of the talented group of Centrestage performers, nowhere more evident than in the complex and impressive acapella arrangements which the 9 piece group tackles when they down their instruments to show that they all have equally terrific voices.



This segment was specially created for the Citizen of the Year award ceremony held in Port Elizabeth last year.

Gino Fabbri introduces some brand new characters for the show – while the band performs extracts and characters from the likes of The Vagabonds of Rock n Roll, The Magnificent 70’s, Tributes to U2 and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Strictly Partytime, The Kickass Guitar Show, Divas Are Forever and The 80’s Glory Days.
